To ensure a fair and transparent selection process, all companies participating in the EliteTechAwards 2023 must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Industry Relevance: The company must actively operate in one or more of the award categories, showcasing a clear focus on technological innovation and a significant impact on their respective industry.
- Timeframe: The company must have demonstrated substantial progress or achievements within the past two years (since April 2021) to be considered for the EliteTechAwards 2023.
- Compliance: The company must be in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the regions where they operate, including (but not limited to) labor laws, environmental regulations, and intellectual property rights.
- Ethical Conduct: The company must maintain high ethical standards, ensuring transparency, fairness, and responsible business practices throughout their operations.
- Financial Stability: The company should exhibit financial stability, with no ongoing bankruptcy, insolvency, or other significant financial distress that could impact their ability to deliver on their innovative promises.
- Scalability & Sustainability: The company’s innovative solutions should demonstrate the potential for scalability and long-term sustainability, contributing to a positive impact on society and the environment.
- Previous Awards: Companies that have won the EliteTechAwards in the past three years are ineligible to participate, ensuring a diverse set of winners and encouraging continuous innovation.
- Nominations: The company must be nominated by a third party, such as an industry expert, partner, or customer, to ensure impartiality and a focus on merit-based achievements.
Please note that the EliteTechAwards committee reserves the right to request additional information and documentation to verify the eligibility of participating companies.
